Thirteen years and five months experience as a Wireless Construction Project Manager in a “customer driven and
fast paced” 3G/4G/LTE network in the T-Mobile Austin market. Proactive in the planning and implementation
of cell site construction from initial design to completion in both new builds and Technology upgrades. Served
the US Army as a Signal Corps Manager providing fast, reliable and secure mobile communications service.

Responsible for the construction management of 3G, 4G and LTE Modernization cell site upgrades, quality
assurance inspections and base stations equipment deployment. Participates in new and existing sites
construction projects to include supervision and monitoring of General Contractors to ensure that timelines are
met. Tracks build schedule to ensure sites are built as expeditiously as possible while maintaining the highest
degree of quality deliverables. Attends regular meetings and monitors safety process of contractors to insure
compliance with OSHA and other applicable local guidelines. Conducts site surveys and feasibility walks.
Provides preliminary cost of construction, identifying best routes for power/telco and assist in determining the
most viable candidate. Submits orders for T1 for copper or fiber. Obtains required data for ordering commercial
power and permitting requirements. Interfaces with lateral departments (RF, Operations, Provisioning and
Leasing). Conducts bid walks, creates bid packages/invitations in e-bids and requests purchase order per lowest
bid. Generates bill of materials per RFDS configuration and Construction Drawings. Request and reviews site
Construction Drawings and Structural Analysis report for completeness and accuracy. Managed the planning,
deployment and installation of 15kw and 20kw power generator units in preparation for Hurricane season.
Managed the deployment of Site Support Cabinets such as Telect and Purcell power systems. Builds a strong
relationship with RF and Operations departments in providing Development/Construction support in the needs
of the network.
